Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SMOP. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at smop.customershelp@gmail.com
    with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
